EYEPOOL Presents Encounter at North Point

Encounter at North Point

Step inside a storm-battered Arctic research outpost where strange electromagnetic anomalies have come to life. In Encounter at North Point, families work together to capture roaming energy orbs and deliver them to containment conduits before they destabilize the station. Inspired by the analog aesthetic of 1980s sci-fi, the installation transforms light, sound, and motion into an endlessly looping interactive experience.

Featuring the voice of Inuit artist Kathleen Merritt, who serves as the outpost’s narrative guide, Encounter at North Point blurs the line between science, play, and the supernatural—inviting visitors to restore balance to a world crackling with energy and wonder.
